Hello! Thank you for your interest in requesting custom press-on nails from me!

This is a request form – not an order form; submitting does not guarantee acceptance.

You will receive a message from @cosmeticsandcombatboots on INSTAGRAM, @cosmetics.andcombatboots on TIKTOK, or misfitlars@gmail.com via EMAIL.

Expect a DM within 1-3 days after submitting the form

100% payment is required once the order is confirmed. Payment is accessible through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash (in person only)

Partial refund is available before shipment. After shipping, NO REFUNDS

Pricing

Tier 1 – $25

Tier 1 designs are simple patterns or minimalist nails, or use only one or two techniques

Tier 2 – 35

Tier 2 designs either use different designs for every finger, or are semi-complex art, or use 3-4 techniques

Tier 3 – 45

Tier 3 nails are intricate designs with a ton of detail or use more than 4 nail techniques

Gel application – $35

This is for my East Bay clients only, and I currently do NOT offer Gel-X. Appointments are booked 3+ weeks out (to ensure I’m available). Tier 2 designs are $5 additional, and tier 3 is $10.
